1. Information We Collect
a. Personal Information
When you register as a
driver, we may collect personal information such as your full name,
phone number, email address, profile photo, residential address,
date of birth, vehicle details, driving license information,
insurance details, and government-issued identification documents
for verification purposes.
b. Location Information
We collect real-time
location data while you are online or actively using the App. This
helps us provide ride matching, navigation, trip tracking, safety
monitoring, and accurate fare calculation.
c. Usage Information
We may collect
information about how you interact with the App, including trip
history, app usage patterns, device information, IP address, crash
logs, and performance data to improve reliability and user
experience.
d. Device Information
We may collect
information about your mobile device including device model,
operating system, unique device identifiers, and network
information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Verify driver identity and eligibility
- Create and manage your account
- Match drivers with passengers
- Enable navigation and trip tracking
- Process payments, commissions, and earnings
- Provide customer support
- Improve app performance and features
- Ensure safety, security, and fraud prevention
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share your information in the following cases:
- With passengers during an active trip (name, profile photo, vehicle details, and live location)
- With third-party service providers such as payment gateways, map services, analytics tools, and customer support systems

- In case of business transfers such as merger, acquisition, or asset sale

Our App may use third-party services (such as maps, analytics, and payment providers) that may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
9. Children’s Privacy
This App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Click4Driver (“we”, “our”, or “us”) driver booking services. By using our app, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Booking Policy
Driver bookings are provided on a first come, first serve basis. All bookings must be made exclusively through the Click4Driver platform. Direct bookings with drivers outside the app are strictly not allowed.
2. Vehicle Responsibility
The customer must ensure that the vehicle is in proper working condition and has all valid documents (including registration, insurance, and permits) before the start of the trip. The driver has the right to verify these documents before commencing duty.
3. Driver Rights
If the vehicle is found to be unfit or unsafe to drive, the driver reserves the right to refuse service. In such cases, the booking will still be considered valid, and full payment must be made.
4. Outstation Duty
If the driver is required to travel outside Kolkata for duty, fooding and lodging arrangements must be provided by the customer (owner of the vehicle).
5. Liability
Click4Driver will not be responsible for any kind of damage, loss, or accident occurring during the duty hours. The responsibility lies solely with the vehicle owner and/or customer.
6. One-Way Trips
For one-way trips, the driver’s round-trip journey time will be considered for calculating the total billing duration.
7. Return Travel Expenses
In case of outstation or one-way trips, the bus/train ticket for the driver’s return journey must be borne by the customer.
8. Pick-up & Drop Charges
If the pick-up and drop locations are different, an additional charge of Rs. 100/- will be applied. This charge is applicable between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
9. Overtime Charges
After completion of the stipulated duty hours, an additional charge of Rs. 50/- per hour will be applied for extra working hours.
10. Payment Policy
All payments related to the booking must be completed as per the agreed terms within the app. Failure to do so may result in service restrictions.
11. Misuse of Service
Any misuse of the platform, including bypassing the app for bookings or providing false information, may lead to suspension or permanent blocking of the user account.
12. Changes to Terms
Click4Driver reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
